Bedrock Valuation
& Consulting Services Corp. is an Omaha-Council
Bluffs metropolitan area business and real
estate services firm. A. Ason Okoruwa, Ph.D.,
founded the firm in 1996 to provide professional
real estate appraisals; valuation of partial or
undivided fractional interests in partnerships,
family limited partnerships, limited liability
companies, and tenancy in common entities that
are primarily used to hold real estate assets;
valuation for financial reporting; and advisory
services to support business and real estate
decisions.
Our founder holds
a Ph.D. in business administration with a major
in real estate and minor in finance from The
University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, and an
MBA in finance from Georgia State University,
Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he taught
financial management and real estate courses at
various universities for ten years. In addition,
he is a certified general real property
appraiser and a general associate member of the
Appraisal Institute.
